Project Reset is a free and confidential service for people in the Ottawa region who are concerned that someone close to them might become violent, or is engaging with a violent group.

If someone close to you…

is angry or isolated and needs help.

spends time connecting with extreme groups.

is expressing harmful beliefs.

has opinions others consider hateful.

is withdrawing from relationships and activities.

is making threats or talking about not being around much longer.

is engaging with violent content.

is talking or acting in ways that show increasing despair.

is speaking or writing about harming themselves or others.
